In the last Womens work furlough writing session De-bug asked what are the lessons that will stay with people from the experience of being incarcerated. Here is what one woman had to say.

Missing So Much

This is my first time in jail and I'm doing 4 months. Four miserable months that is. I'm learning that my children aren't the only ones suffering, I too am.

I'm missing so much in my children's lives that it hurts to think about it.

My lessons that I've learned are to take care of my business on time and do what is right. And that my children need me home.

So I'm 100% sure when I say I will not return here. No way!
