We asked women at the Women's Residential Center what their plans were when they got out of WRC. We also asked what they looked foward to doing and where they expected to find the support they needed once they were out?
This is what they shared.

When I get out I plan on finding a job so I can save for a place to live. I for sure need to stay away from my old friends so I can stay clean and not end up back in places like these. I plan to stay clean so I can get my family back and be in their lives. It's not about me any more it's about them. They're tomorrow's future. What we instill in our children is their future. I've done a lot of things that I'm not proud of and my children seem to remember this and they're scared I'll end up doing the same, and that's because I've shown them this expected behavior. So I need to change. It's time.
