After decades of service to San Jose's low-income commuinties, the city of San Jose may cut funding for the Legal Aid Society -- which offers assistance for those who are seeking help housing rights. The cuts may be coming, just as more peoplea re coming to Legal Aid due to the increase of foreclosures.
