Hello, My name is Mark Cardenas I am 13 years old going on 14 in April. Rudy Cardenas is my favorite Uncle. Rudy did not deserve to die. Hopefully, we can make a change to stop the killings. Rudy was a nice guy, kind-hearted. He would give money whenever he could or if he had some. When I first heard that he was dead, I could not believe it. He was so full of life. He was always so happy, never in a annoyed mood or angry. He only loved to have a good time. He was running only because he was scared. Many people run because they think that they are going to get shot.
